Custom Stencils

Custom stencils cut to order from your own artwork. Send a logo, a name, a monogram or a full design and we cut it as a single reusable stencil — no setup fee and no minimum quantity.

Sizes

Stencils are cut from 10 inches wide through 36 inches wide. We scale your design to the width you choose and keep the original proportions, so a tall design will simply be taller at the same width.

Reusable, not single-use

These are cut from durable stencil film rather than paper or vinyl, so they hold their shape through repeated use. Wipe them clean with mineral spirits or warm soapy water depending on your paint, lay them flat to dry, and store them flat.

Design tips for clean results

Bold shapes and thick strokes cut and paint far better than hairline detail. Script fonts need connected letters or generous bridges so the interior pieces stay attached. Send your file over before ordering if you are unsure and we will tell you whether it will cut cleanly.
