How to order:

-Select Font:
- Select the width size (if you need a digital mock up for approval before processing it, please select the size with mock up. We will send a digital mock up within 1 business) Mock up fee is not refundable.
-Under Personalization: Share the names or words you want the sign to be:
-All wood signs are natural color only.

Material:

We use 1/4" birch plywood, easy to hang. You can use double side tape or a small nail on the wall to hold the sign. We can create a hole(s) based on need, per request only. If you want a hole, add a note during personalization.

We weld all the letters and dots in order to be one single piece per word.

• If you write two words with space between words, we will send two separate symmetrical signs, one per word. Example “Mary Jane”

• If you write two words together with no space between words, we will send one sign, both words together. Example: “MaryJane”

Repeat for multiples signs. Once all signs are added into the cart, then check out.

• The dot “.” on j or i are welded together, if you want the dot separate, please add a note during checkout.

• These custom wood signs are cut using a laser machine, the ends will have a burn looking edge which will give a nice rustic look.

• All signs are made of different pieces of natural wood and will contain slight variations in color due to stain saturation, knots, wood grain, etc.

• We reserve the right to make adjustments to the design.

• It is your responsibility to double check the personalization information that you enter to ensure that everything is correct and nothing is misspelled. We do copy and paste to avoid errors in our end.

• Proofs are available upon request only.

Free Shipping on orders over $50 do not include Alaska and Hawaii. If you order from Alaska or Hawaii and the order is over $50 the system will not calculate the shipping. We will send a separate custom listing for shipping after order is received.

What to do if the item arrived broken or damaged?

No worries, we insure all packages. We will open a claim within 7 days of package being delivered. In order to open a claim to receive a replacement we need the following.

- A picture of the broken or damage item.
- A picture of the outside package or box, all sides.
- A picture of the inside protectors, edge corners, wood protectors, etc.
- A picture of the shipping label, legible.
- A contact phone number.

Once we get the pictures and information, we will open a claim with the carrier and work on the replacement.
